Death
This is where we really feel petrified of dying. From the day we’re born we are designed to survive as with all other animal, so the fear of death is utterly natural. When we suddenly face a dangerous situation our heart rate will probably instantly go up because our body is being prepared to do anything it can to extract itself from the risk.
Bodily Damage
We possess this fear in order to keep our body as perfect and healthy as possible. Our body is irreplaceable to us and we need to have it in its best form in order to survive. It is this fear of mutilation or damage that is being prompted from confronting snakes, spiders and any animal that can hurt us.
Loss of Independence
This basically means anxiety about losing control. Irrespective of whether that’s through being paralysed, overcome or controlled by something that we have no control over.
Separation
This is where we genuinely feel separated from somebody or a group. It is a fear of being ignored and feeling worthless. This fear is frequently related to other social anxieties.
Ego-Death
Being degraded or embarrassed can effortlessly bring about this fear. Whenever we begin to disapprove of ourselves either through diminished self-worth or insufficient confidence, this fear will generally be activated.
